So what about Meissen? Dr Anne knows about the famous porcelain. Sure, there is a factory but a cup costs 50 euros. Dr Anne has plenty china. Dr Anne and Lois' day was about having a break from WWII.
Lois and Dr Anne took the train from Dresden to Meissen less than 30k.
They meandered through the narrow streets and took photos of a magnificent castle and cathedral.

They travelled back to Dresden by a paddle steamer up the River Elbe.
Louise and a Canadian student called Jessica on the paddle boat.
Almost back to Dresden.
