A Trip to Argentina

Dr Anne never thought she would get to South America but a chance chat with her friend JSS and plans were afoot.

She set off early October for the most amazing holiday since her trip to Canada in 1967.

JSS and Dr Anne had an eventful journey.  The plane from Aberdeen was hours late so that the two missed their connection to Buenos Aires.  The next day a number of options were offered so they decided to fly to Paris for the day and fly overnight to Buenos Aires.  When the flight arrived in Argentina the passengers were on the tarmac for three hours as the airport was closed because of a severe storm.  Eventually Dr Anne and JSS arrived 30 hours late.

Early the next morning, JSS and Dr Anne set out for Iguazu.  They arrived at the airport early but the flight was grounded because of another storm.  In the end their flight was the only one that took off.  Iguazu was AMAZING.  The Argentinians call Niagra a bathtub compared to this.

Unforgettable.
