Spring commences officially tomorrow.
Today the sun is shining and it is warm.
The birds are singing.
The buds are bursting open.
Dr Anne is out in the garden and at one.
The cold raw wind is no longer.
Oh bliss.
Grey Granite, whose glass is 3/4 full, thinks that meteorological Spring began on March 1st but agrees with Dr Anne that by any reckoning Spring really is here.This morning the temperature reached 16.5
