1st Day in Nice

Dr Anne and JD went uphill to the Fort on Mont Alban.  It was a long hike up so the pair took the bus downhill.  There was a good view of the roof tops.

They visited the Contemporary Art Museum in the afternoon.

There was an amazing view from the roof terrace.

They then watched the entertainment on the promenade.

Christmas Music at La Madeleine

Dr Anne and JD headed to La Madeleine for a Christmas Concert at 1600.  There were two organs and two organists.  Sometimes the organists played solo, sometimes duets on two organs and sometimes duets on one organ.  Awesome.  When the concert finished it was amazing to see Le Madeleine lit up.

Happy Christmas from Paris

The day was bright and sunny today.  Dr Anne and JD headed to the Christmas Markets on the Avenue des Champs Élysées.  The crowds were out enjoying the weather, the food, and the fun.
